As intelligence gradually becomes a new trend, many kinds of appliances are integrated into our daily life. It brings intelligent life enjoyment, but also bring greater pressure on electricity bills and concerns about electricity safety.

Do you remember your electricity bill for previous month?

Computer, water heater, air conditioner, range hood, TV ......

Why small appliances have used so much electricity?

Househould PV module uses the solar energy to generate electricity for families which can reduce electicity expenses. Nowadays, many families has chosen PV system for their house due to high reliability and safety.

In the first half of 2022, the additional installed capacity of residential rooftop in China reached 8.91 GW, increase up to 51.5%

As more and more families choose household PV, more people focus on how to improve the safety and benefit of household PV, especially the prevention of fire accidents in power plants.

Based on previous PV plant fire accidents, we found that hot spot is one of the most common causes of PV plant fires.

The partial shading, soil and dirt on the module surface caused by trees, weeds or bird droppings may cause the hot spot. The current leakage caused by hidden cracks, broken grids, pseudo soldering of the module and may also result hot spots and fires.

The maintenance and operation of PV power plant, such as PV module cleaning, can prevent hot spots, but removing the potential problem of polysilicon wrap around is not a simple task.

To eliminate the possibility of module leakage on the cell, Jolywood R&D team removed the  front side polysilicon wrapping problem by depositing polysilicon reactive ion etching on the rear side of the cell.

Currently, Jolywood has applied this patented technology to the newly launched Niwa series modules.

Niwa series high-efficiency modules, using a POPAID process with no polysilicon wrap around, full electrical isolation, and zero leakage current. At the same time, the low temperature coefficient at -0.30%/°C can also effectively reduce the output loss and risk caused by high temperature operation to its safety.

The efficiency of Niwa modules can reach 22.53% based on J-TOPCon 2.0 technology. It keeps excellent performance of power generation at over 87.4% in 30-year operation cycle.

Safe and high-efficiency module will be the escort for thousands of families to achieve safe and green electricity.

We always pursue a happy life, and we expect that we will start a beautiful low-carbon life with the power of sunshine.
